We proactively look for ways to encourage and promote wellbeing at work. Our programmes are personal wellbeing, emotional wellbeing and financial wellbeing. From workshops in relaxation and being resilient, to flexible working hours and financial insurances and advice. We encourage all our colleagues to take regular breaks and we arrange for fresh fruit delivered every week.
We provide an Employee Assistance Programme which provides 24-7 support, advice and expert assistance to help you through difficult times. They also offer six sessions (per year) of confidential face-to-face counselling where needed.

I began my career at Ellis Bates in 2016 as a Paraplanning Administrator. I was encouraged to do my exams and am now Diploma qualified and managing the Paraplanning Team, which I really enjoy! As a company, I believe Ellis Bates goes above and beyond to support career development and recognise hard work. Everyone that works here is extremely friendly, helpful and care a great deal about the clients and the work they do.
