Our Current Opportunities
Head of Marketing
Primary objective: Create and manage a contact and engagement strategy for new and existing clients to generate new business opportunities and promote the company, through effective marketing of our brand using social media, events/webinars, and targeted campaigns.
Estate Planning Adviser
Primary objective: You will be responsible for dealing with private client matters, to include estate planning, guiding new and existing clients to ensure their wealth is protected for them and their family. Structuring their assets in a tax efficient way you will assist with the drafting and execution of their Wills, LPA’s, Court of Protection work, Trusts and Inheritance Tax Planning. Through your estate planning activities, you will also identify new Financial planning opportunities and introduce clients back to your financial adviser colleagues.
Primary objective: To generate profitable new business for the firm primarily from lead generation sources (internal/external sources) and identifying own sources of new business through professional connections or internal marketing campaigns to achieve individual expectation targets. Where you are responsible for managing an existing panel of clients, you will deliver ongoing advice suited to their current and future needs and seek referrals. Where required and you have capacity to do so, you will work in conjunction with other Financial Planners in their handover of new clients to maintain that client relationship going forward.

The Recruitment Process
The process varies depending upon the level of the role applied for, but typically it will involve an initial telephone interview with our HR Manager. If successful, you will be invited to a competency-based interview with the recruiting Manager and the HR Manager. Depending upon the role, a further interview may take place.
