Junior Investment Analyst
Primary objective: Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of the Investment process.
The initial 2 to 3 year period will be working with the team to gain key knowledge in relation to the fundamentals of investment operations and administration while also gaining experience in investment analysis.
After successful completion of the initial training period, the role will be as a full-time Investment Analyst with clear development pathways within analysis and/or portfolio management.
Investment Operations Administrator
Primary objective: Providing administration support for the investment department across all areas of administration. Maintain and develop knowledge of platforms/systems including Enable/Transact/Parmenion in order to provide specialised operational support to business.
Second Line Support Engineer
Primary objective: This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to expand their experience in the Financial sector with a growing company where IT is an essential part of the business to sustain its continued growth.
The Second Line Support Engineer is responsible for handling first, second, and in some cases third line, tickets for incident and service requests. There will be some routine work required in this role such as regular checking on patching status, vulnerability scanning reports, Microsoft 365 sign ins then recommending a course of action.
You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of systems and solutions including laptops, servers, printers, switches, telephony, cloud based services such as Microsoft 365 and vulnerability scanning toolkits.
Client Servicing Administrator (North)
Primary objective: The ongoing servicing of all existing clients and support the Advisers with review meetings and business processing.
New Client Support Administrator (2 positions available)
Primary objective: Support the administrators to ensure the efficient and successful onboarding of all new clients, from first appointment through to completion, delivering the velocity and quality in line with expectations.
Financial Planning Analyst (Paraplanner)
Primary objective: To work in collaboration with all departments and support the financial planners in meeting the highest standards of advice and providing a life enhancing service to our clients. This role will primarily involve carrying out research and producing suitability reports in line with company policy.

The Recruitment Process
The process varies depending upon the level of the role applied for, but typically it will involve an initial telephone interview with our HR Manager. If successful, you will be invited to a competency-based interview with the recruiting Manager and the HR Manager. Depending upon the role, a further interview may take place.
