Our Client Servicing Team work hand in hand with our Financial Advisors, offering Financial Planning and Wealth Management clients expert email and telephone based support on a daily basis.
Our technical Paraplanners look at all the information and conduct comprehensive research so we can provide the most suitable recommendations to our clients.
Our Compliance Team checks every single recommendation we make. They act independently from our other teams so they can provide an impartial review of all the data, information, and recommendations. This provides another level of expertise helping us to deliver the best possible advice that we can.
Client Review Team
Our Client Review Team support the Client Servicing Team ensuring the preparation of the review packs for our existing client meetings including data cleansing and accurate valuations and provide general administration support.
Corporate Administration Team
Our Corporate Administration Team work alongside the Corporate Advisers in managing our business clients, administering their group products and services and offering daily expert email and telephone support.
New Client Team
Our New Client Team manages the efficient and successful onboarding of all new clients to Ellis Bates. This is done through the new client journey process, from the first appointment through to completion.
