The Recruitment Process

The process varies depending upon the level of the role applied for, but typically it will involve an initial telephone screening with the HR Manager. If successful, you will be invited to a second competency-based interview with the departmental Manager and the HR Manager. Depending upon the level of the role a personality questionnaire and some psychometric tests may be undertaken as part of this second stage.

Technical Trainer

Our aim is for the professional knowledge and conduct of all our employees to be of the highest standard across the business, appropriate to the roles.  The role objective is to build an Academy programme/schedule of technical/product based learning to cover knowledge and abilities ranging from no experience in FS through to Chartered (CII) status. To ensure a base level of training/accreditation is achieved across all roles; and for part/qualified colleagues to continually learn and stay up to date

Client Review Administrator (Apprentice)

Prepare the review packs for existing client meetings, including data cleansing and accurate valuations; and provide general administration support. Data quality (including cleansing) – review/assess/plan and action.

Data and MI Analyst

Ensure accurate data collection across all business systems used for MI production. Design, create and manage MI report production required by the Directorate team and other managers as needed. Provide effective analysis of the data with observations, trends and recommendations clearly articulated.
