Since our launch in 1980, Ellis Bates has grown and diversified – we have incorporated different divisions and different capabilities, cementing our position as one of the North’s leading IFAs. With this growth has come different brands – the varying divisions launching different names and colour schemes. At the start of 2018, we decided that we needed to bring things back, we needed to work out how to position our brand in a more accessible way.
It is our intention for Ellis Bates to reach a wider section of society than those that might currently turn to IFAs. In order to communicate this, we needed to go back to basics. We ran a series of workshops with our team, to define the key elements of the business, as well as the public opinion of the business.
The key thing that we are, and always have been, is expert financial advisers. Incorporating that into the name of the company suddenly became the most obvious thing! With a colour scheme, photography, and videography cementing the brand, we are delighted to launch our new website.
