My aim is to make matters both understandable and relevant to my clients, ensuring their financial knowledge improves significantly throughout the planning journey. I hold regular reviews with my clients, to keep abreast of any changes in circumstances or new financial goals they may wish to work towards.

After completing a Business (Hons) degree in 1999 I moved into financial services and worked for both insurance companies and Independent Financial Advice firms, gaining a valuable breadth of experience.

My approach is very much analysis based, to comprehensively map out a client’s current position in terms of resources and then to work with them to create their financial goals.

I can provide expert financial help and advice on a wide range of areas including pensions, pension planning, retirement planning and forecasting, tax planning, insurance and protection, savings and investments, investment advice, socially responsible investing, estate planning and inheritance tax planning.

I work with both individuals and businesses.

I use sophisticated cashflow modelling software to help develop lifetime financial plans and to bring a financial future to life:

• Visualise how changing circumstances will impact a plan
• Assess the likelihood of goal achievement
• Clarify the actions needed throughout your financial journey

I work alongside the Mortgage, Equity Release, Wills, Lasting Power of Attorney and Trusts team at Ellis Bates to offer you expert financial solutions and services from saving up for your first home to protecting your family’s inheritance in later life – and everything in between.

I work closely with our in-house investment team, who deliver a first class socially responsible investment proposition, along with an extensive range of strategies to suit all risk appetites.

Outside of work I enjoy keeping fit and active, spending time with my young family and meeting up with friends for a regular game of golf.
