Rachael Dowde

My financial services career began in 2004, where I was a Life and Pensions trainer. I then went on to manage a technical services and research department, and then a Paraplanning team.

I joined Ellis Bates Financial Services in 2019 as Head of the Academy. I am a Chartered Financial Planner and Fellow of the Personal Finance Society.

My knowledge of the financial industry allows me to provide guidance and support to all teams across the company. I provide training and development, assistance with professional qualifications, and manage our apprenticeship schemes.

Outside of work I love to spend time with my young daughter, and I am also learning Spanish.
