My current role is New Client Team Leader where I support a team of seven administrators. As well as handling a number of my own clients I also support the team with the managing of their daily diaries, processing new business applications and provide ongoing training to ensure our processes are kept up to date and our team KPI’s are met.
I have worked at the company since June 2017.
Previous to Ellis Bates, I worked as a customer service advisor for a car insurance company. In this role I dealt with changes or cancellations to policies. Previous to that I worked for Betty’s as a waitress.
Outside of work I love to spend time with my husband and my young son. We enjoy lovely walks as a family with our two crazy dogs and love to go out for a bite to eat. I also enjoy spending time with family and my two best girl friends from high school.
