Working for Ellis Bates
At Ellis Bates Financial Advisers we want to hear from individuals who are driven by a thirst for excellence and a desire to achieve great results through commitment, teamwork and integrity.
I began my career at Ellis Bates in 2016 as a Paraplanning Administrator. I was encouraged to do my exams and am now Diploma qualified and managing the Paraplanning Team, which I really enjoy! As a company, I believe Ellis Bates goes above and beyond to support career development and recognise hard work. Everyone that works here is extremely friendly, helpful and care a great deal about the clients and the work they do. We are constantly striving to improve our client journey and do things more efficiently, whilst not sacrificing quality.
– Jess Bates, Client Research Team Leader
One of things I enjoy about working in Marketing at Ellis Bates is that no day is ever the same. There are always new challenges and opportunities to take on, which constantly keeps you on your toes. Everyone is friendly and down to earth and there is always somebody around to give you a hand if you need it.
– Elle Bylo, Marketing Coordinator
I started off in Client Support and have progressed into a Team Leader role. There is a great team environment where everyone will pull together to help in busy periods or if you are dealing with something you haven’t dealt with before. It’s the first job I can say with 100% certainty that I really enjoy and I look forward to seeing how my career develops.
– Kerry Waddington, New Client Team Leader
When I joined Ellis Bates I was immediately impressed with the level of support an Adviser receives across all departments from Paraplanning, through to business processing, Administration and on-going servicing. In addition, the ability to tap into our in-house technical expertise in the areas of investments, pensions and tax and trust planning has been invaluable. This in house high level expertise, I believe, allows me to offer my clients advice that is second to none.
– Mike Andreso, Financial Planner
