Wellbeing

We proactively look for ways to encourage and promote wellbeing at work. Our programmes cover 3 key ares; personal wellbeing, emotional wellbeing and financial wellbeing. From workshops in relaxation and being resilient, to flexible working hours and financial insurances and advice, we really do take wellbeing seriously.

We provide wellbeing training and encourage all our colleagues to take regular breaks, we arrange for fresh fruit delivered every week and have water machines throughout the offices.  There’s also a walking at lunch club which is a great opportunity to learn more about your colleagues.

We also provide an Employee Assistance Programme which can provide support, advice and expert assistance to help you through difficult times. This service includes unlimited access to a 24-hour dedicated helpline providing debt counselling, legal and financial advice and up to six sessions (per year) of confidential face-to-face counselling where needed.
